Premier Lifeline aims to be a listening ear at the end of your telephone line, providing a confidential anonymous place for you to talk about whatever you wish without fear of judgement or rejection.

Premier Lifeline offers a space for you to express your concerns, discuss your uncertainties and work through your problems.

  • No! Whatever you believe or don’t believe, you are welcome to call our helpline.

  • No, we are open to people of all ages

  • Our helpline is charged at the standard landline rate by all providers. If these calls are included in your call package then it is free to call.

  • You can call us from anywhere around the world. We would just say that it is worth checking what the local charges are to ring our phone number.

  • We adhere to a strict policy to ensure that we provide a safe place where you can receive care and prayer from our highly trained volunteer team. To find out more about our policy please click here.
